Coach T heads this program up with over 30 years of cheerleading experience. She started cheering at age 8 and continued the love of the sport with being a Cheer Director for Matoaca for 7 yrs, Virginia High School Coach for 4 yrs, Youth Cheer Coach for 10 yrs, and currently the President of Chesterfield Cheer League which is a Non-Profit organization for Recreational Cheerleaders in Chesterfield County, Va.                                                                               Her coaching has Lead her teams to numerous State Champions, National Titles, Grand Champions, multiple wins in local competitions, VHSL District Champions, and has successfully hosted and coordinated many competitions and camps. Cheorographs and instructs private camps for many Associations and Schools.  Conducts private coaching clinics throughout Chesterfield County and hosts the annual Chesterfield Cheerleading League (CCL) Camp. In 2008 recipient of the "Generals Award" Coach of the Year through Coastal Alliance Corporation.  Coach Tina prides herself on keeping her cheerleaders in a respectful state of mind and demands respect from all that are in CES family.  Teamwork, Excellence, Sportsmanship, and great athletic ethics are the backbone of her program. She prides herself in knowing many of her athletes have gone on to be members of colliegiate teams and All American Teams.  Her philosophy "Cheer Elite Starz will measure their success primarily by contributing to the positive development of young people and secondarily by competitive success". She has certifications in Virginia High School League (VHSL) Official, AACCA Safety, Judging, and coaching.  Available for private stunt team sessions and private lessons for school tryouts.

Lewis joins us with 20 years experience in Gymnastics and All-Star Cheerleading.  He began his tumbling at the age of 6yrs old at Success Gymnastics in Chesterfield County where he stayed in competitive gymnastics until the age of 18. He Coached Deep Run High School for 3 yrs, currently coaching Atlee High School with District Champions for the past 6 years. Employed by Coastal Camps for 2 yrs and Spirit Express for 5 yrs and was with USA! All-Stars 10 yrs as a gymnastics instructor and coached teams level 2 through level 5, then with Cheer Factory All-Stars for 3 yrs as the Tumble Director where he help establish their first level 5 program that advanced to Worlds their first season.

Kerry joins us with more than 20 years experience in cheerleading and gymnastics, which she began at the age of 5. She did gymnastics and cheered for Lee-Davis High School, where she helped start and provide choreography for their very first competition team. Kerry cheered in the All-American Pro Bowl in Hawaii and after high school Kerry was employed by Eastern Cheerleaders Association. Kerry coached cheerleading at Varina High School and Cheer Factory All-Stars where she also cheered on the Open and Mommy & Me teams. She also coached gymnastics at Hanover County Parks and Recreation, Hanover Olympiad, and All-Smiles. Kerry has a loving and supportive husband, Will, and two sons, Blake and Kaleb. This is Kerry's first year with VA Elite and we are excited to have her as part of the team!

Ashley Has over 7 years coaching experience from association level to all-star level. She began cheering at age 7 and continued through to over 5 years of all-star cheering, she led her teams to many state and national titles.She has done association choreography and participated in many camps and clinics. Ashley is First aid, CPR, and AACCA safety certified. Ashley is working to get her Masters in Business Administration and resides in Chesterfield County with her husband Daniel, and three children, Nevaeh, Tanner, and Kayson. This is Ashley's third year with CES and we are proud to have her continue to be part of the staff at VA Elite.

Danielle comes with 10 years of All-star cheering and tumbling experience. Danielle owned and operated Spirit Xcel in Richmond VA for three years and coached at Cheer Nation for three years. She also has helped coach and choreographed at the association level for over nine years. Danielle is first aid and CPR certified along with MAT trained. She is working on getting her BA in Psychology. She resides in Chesterfield County with her husband and two children, Cailyn and Kaiden. Danielle finished up the last season with us and we are honored to have her again for this upcoming season!

Coach John has over 27 years of experience in coaching woman's competitive gymnastics at the High School level and private clubs. In their award winning programs at the High School Level and private clubs. In their award winning programs such as: Menchville High School, Gymnastics, Inc., Gym World, Gym Sport, Woodward GymnasticsOlympic Training Facility and Southside Gymnastics.  He was a staff member at Woodward Gymnastics and was fortunate to work with and along side such Olympic gold medalists as Kirk Thomas, Bart Conners and Mitch Gaylord.  Over his years of experience he has worked with college coaches both in Virginia and in other states to help obtain college scholarships for the gymnasts.  Throughout the years he has worked with many area coaches in the gymnastics and cheerleading fields.  He was a Cheer Director and head coach for a local Chesterfield County Recreational league.  Coach John is current USAG member and has been for over 25 years.  He is also USAG Safety Certified.  CES is very proud to have Coach John in the family.

Niya comes to us with a successful background in Gymnastics.  Currently an instructor with not only us but with Richmond Olympiad.  Her level of achievment is exceptional with level 9 competitive gymnast background to instructing gymnastics for the past 5 years.  A proud mother of a very handsome 4 year old son and a strong supporter of CES!  We are proud to have her a part of our team!  Niya instructs tumble classes on Friday's. Works tumbling with all teams and in addition she is available for Privates.
